Use our silicone mini madeleine mold to create lovely sweet cookie cakes. This mold has 20 cavities. Make chocolates madeleines, cookie madeleines or both! Have you seen where you bake madeleines and once cooled add melted chocolate to a clean madeleine mold filling only a small way up the mold and place the baked madeleine cookie back in the mold and place in the fridge to set. Once fully set unmold to have a chocolate iced madeleine that looks amazing! Speckle a little edible art paint, add gold leaf or add a pearly finish with some luster dust. These would make great wedding favors or dessert box editions.
